Hey Tom, A couple of weeks ago, I rushed in to have my tail-light repaired - no appointment of course- as C had her driving road test in an hour. Without missing a beat you had the guys repair it. I walked in after having many troubles with used cars, so I wanted to try buying new. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted, and they asked what I was looking to buy. The fact they wanted to help me buy what I wanted instead of trying to talk me into something else was amazing given most dealership just want to talk you into the high price tag car! They helped me locate the model of car, highlighted the options and differences in a straight forward manner. The financing adviser crunched the numbers to find out if leasing or buying was more what I wanted. Again cleared stated the pros and cons of both options, and let me decide without any pressure. If I had known the easy of buying from them years ago I would have never went elsewhere.
Linda, It was truly a pleasure buying from you and I am extremely happy with my final purchase. I really thank you for all you did to make it a special and happy occasion for buying my dream car! Thank you for everything and trust me, anybody I talk to in MI who is thinking about buying a car, I will definately send them your way. You redifine what it means to be a car "salesperson" and I hope 30 years down the road (cause that's how long this car will last me) I will find another salesperson as good as you to make me feel confortable witht the whole process. We were in Grand Rapids to drop off our RV Trailer for major repairs when we heard an unusual noise from our Dodge Ram Truck. It turned out to be the transmission solienoid.
Rob Grabll was our Service man who was so very helpful and the mechanics were able to change the sloenoid in 21/2 hours. Amazing!
We actually enjoyed our wait time with meeting wonderful staff workeers who were so very helpful and we had two small dogs with us. They even had dog treats.
Sandy was very helpful in providing information about shopping and eating places in the area. We wnjoyed the very pleasant watining area with the fireplace and TV, and computer area also. It was cold and snowy out so the fireplace made it feel so cozy.
Thank you again for being such a great Dodge dealer.

Last week I called for service on my 2007 Dodge Caliber and after having it towed there was diagnosed with a shift cable failure. With the help of Jeremy, the car was there on Tuesday, repaired and I picked it up on Wednesday. The warranty on the vehicle had expired by only about 400 miles, so I want to thank you for a no cost repair whether that decision was made at the dealership or through Chrysler...it was appreciated.
It's that type of "taking care of the customer" attitude that we need more of today!

My wife and I and another couple traveled into Michigan to play golf and visit Mackinac Island. The trip was going along smoothly until Thursday. We were driving to Grand Rapids when our van (a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country) began sputtering and misfiring. The "check engine" light came on during this problem. This is the first trouble I have had with this car. We arrived in Grand Rapids too late on Thursday evening. So after calling your dealership and finding that you opened at 7:30 am on Friday, I was there at 7:35 am.
The first person I met was Jeremy Christian, a Service Adviser. We explained our problem and also told Jeremy that we were from the St. Louis, Missouri area and this was our "get away" day. Jeremy said he would have someone look at it and we said we will be in the customer lounge. In less than an hour our car was fixed and we were walking out of your dealership. Jeremy explained the problem and that we were covered by our warranty and therefore there was no charge. I can't tell you how relieved I was. Here we were far from home and our van develops a problem. But we couldn't have been luckier to find the Courtesy dealership. You guys live up to your name. Please pass on our compliments to Jeremy and the mechanic that fixed our van. We drove home that day. So after your repair we drove 450+ miles and the car ran very smooth.
Incidentally, your customer lounge is very comfortable and provides free soda, cookies, computers, TV and a quiet atmosphere. It is unlike any customer lounge I have ever seen.

I have just returned to my home in Florida. I drove from southwest Florida to Oklahoma and then Michigan. I was due for an oil change so I came to your business without an appointment. I happened to be visiting in Hastings last year at the same time and came to your dealership. Your people treated me so well last year is the reason I came there again. "Rob" I believe, was my service rep, had me in and out of there faster than I was able to get breakfast ordered at an unnamed restaurant.
