Chrysler 300 Ranked as Third Most Affordable Large Car

Usually when you look at new vehicles, they have one of two things: quality or affordability. It's rare that you see a car that is both high-quality and affordable, but the newest issue of “U.S. Weekly” has ranked 10 quality large cars that also happen to be affordable for the regular, middle-class Grand Rapids family. And guess what? One of our favorite vehicles here at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge, the Chrysler 300, placed third on the list.

In its write-up on the 2014 Chrysler 300, “U.S. Weekly” called the vehicle “the most appointed entry-level Chrysler flagship sedan ever.” With the 2014 Chrysler 300, Grand Rapids residents and beyond get a vehicle with all the modern luxurious with an affordable price tag. One of the features that drivers are raving about most is the engine; the Chrysler 300 is powered by an aluminum 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine that gets surprisingly good gas mileage. If you need even more power, you can choose to upgrade to the beastly 5.7-liter Hemi that puts out 370 horsepower and features Fuel Saver Technology.

In addition to the powerful engines, higher trims of the 2014 Chrysler 300 also feature Sport shifting, which allows for quicker shifting, more performance-oriented acceleration, and higher shift dynamics. Of course, there's also a laundry list of standard equipment on the 2014 Chrysler 300 that would be pricey add-ons on other vehicles in this segment, including a USB port with iPod control, SiriusXM radio, tire pressure monitoring, keyless entry, dualzone automatic climate control with humidity sensor, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.

If you wish to test drive the affordable and feature-packed 2014 Chrysler 300, simply come into Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge!
