Brent, who lives in Caledonia, married his high school sweetheart and has two children, a 7-year-old daughter and a 5-year-old son.

Tom has worked in the auto industry for 12 years, 9 of those years being with Courtesy.
Tom doesn't just work for a Jeep dealership - he's also a proud owner of a 2009 Jeep Wrangler and a 2009 Jeep Patriot.
When not helping service customers at Courtesy, he likes fishing, camping and motorsports. Tom has two grown children and lives with his wife in Grandville.

Scott has been with Courtesy since 2010, but has worked in the auto industry since 2008. Working for a RAM and Jeep dealership was a natural choice for Scott, because he owns a RAM 1500 and a Jeep Commander.
When he's not helping service customers at Courtesy, Scott really enjoys hunting, fishing and playing hockey!
His favorite things about Courtesy are the friendly home-like atmosphere, outstanding service department and overall customer service that every employee applies to each cutomer that works through the door.

Mary has been in the automotive industry for the past 6 years. She truly enjoys selling Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge & RAM's. She starts each day excited with the possibility of meeting at least one new person to talk to.
Mary is originally from Rockford and graduated from Aquinas College. She has lived in the community her entire life.
In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family and cooking.

Jeff has been working in the automotive industry for 14 years. Before joining the sales family at Courtesy, he worked for a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge organization on the East Coast.
During his time there, Jeff held several different positions, ranging from salesperson, sales manager to finance manager and general manager, before eventually owning his own company.
Not only does Jeff sell Chrysler vehicles, but they are his car of choice. Over the years, he's driven a Ram pickup, Jeep Wrangler and he now currently drives a Chrysler 300. Jeff says he loves the comfort and styling that the 300 has to offer him.
"I was born and raised in Wyoming, Michigan and when I left to the East Coast I realized that people here in West Michigan are some of the greatest people in the world, and it's still true today. There is no place like Home. I am blessed to be part of such a great organization and sell such an incredible product."

Pat has been with Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge since 2011. Beginning his sales career in 1986, Pat Brings years of experience serving his individual and commercial customers with honesty and respect.
Pat strives to create a first class purchasing experience for everyone of his customers and would like all of them to know that he is always available for them after the sale.
As a true believer in the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge & RAM product...Pat drives a 2013 RAM 1500 himself. He enjoys the performance, comfort, technology and style of his truck.
Away from the dealership, Pat spends time with his wife, children and grand children. He enjoys playing golf, boating and fishing.
Dustin was born and raised here in Michigan, and grew up in and around the car business. He enjoys every aspect of the auto industry, from parts to service and of course the sales side. Dustin is the proud father of three wonderful children. In his time away from the dealership, Dustin is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying boating, fishing, and all sports. After working at dealerships in St. Louis Missouri and Lansing Michigan, he settled into the Grand Rapids area where he now calls home.

John has been in automotive sales since 2000 and has been with Courtesy since 2011. Most of his career has been at a Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. He loves the loyalty of his customers, especially his Jeep customers. Seeing families that all have Jeeps is fairly common. Being an outdoors person is usually easy to connect and stay connected with Jeep customers.
He really likes having a very diverse product line, from the Dodge Dart to the Heavy Duty RAM. We truly have something for everybody in the market today. Treating his customers the way he wants to be treated is the motto he goes by. When not at Courtesy, he spends his spare time golfing and doing home projects.
A veteran sales consultant of over 15 years at Courtesy, Matt says his favorite part has been the longevity of his fellow employees and the inner-faith and values that he's been able to pass on, in doing business with his clients.
Matt's family is a Chrysler family. His current car of choice is a 2011 Chrysler 200, while his wife drives a 2009 Chrysler Town & Country Touring.
"After my 15 plus years here at Courtesy we have never lost a customer to price, service or selection. I have really enjoyed getting to know my customers and their extended families over the years through many different vehicles I have sold them to make great memories, safety to protect them and helping them enjoy their ownership one vehicle at a time. Ron is one of the newer members to our sales staff. He calls himself the Old New Guy.
He believes if you help people get what they want, you get all you need. Trust and honesty are key in all relationships.
Ron brings years of business and sales background with him to the Courtesy Sales Staff. He has been self employed as well as a Sales & Marketing Director on the local and national scale.
Ron grew up in Michigan. He enjoys spending time with his wife, children and several grandchildren. He also stays busy in Civic Activities helping others.

Terry is truly a car business success story. He started in the wash bay at age 17 and has worked his way up through every department to find his home with us here as a professional sales consultant. With over 27 years of automobile experience he believes that "the customer" is still the single most important part of our industry.
Terry is married and has seven children. He and his wife have logged untold miles behind the wheel of many different Chrysler built minivans over the years. He says "There is no question that Chrysler builds the best minivan on the market. Our current Dodge Grand Caravan has over 190,000 miles on it with no signs of stopping any time soon."
In his spare time he enjoys being a musician on the praise and worship team at his church, riding motorcycles and most of all, spending time with his family.

Shane is a graduate of Michigan State University and has been with Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge since 2007. He is married with a son and lives in Walker.
Shane grew up always having a Jeep Wrangler in his family and loves the fact that he gets to work so closely with the brand. He thinks that the Mopar family is the most loyal group of car enthusiasts and is proud to have experienced that from his dad.

Curt has been in the Automotive Industry since 2009 and with Courtesy since 2011. Curt is originally from Northern Michigan, however he has lived in many different states such as Virginia & Florida. He thoroughly enjoys Grand Rapids and everything the city has to offer. "Grand Rapids is the best kept secret and I am here to stay".
When Curt is not working, he enjoys spending time with his young family and proclaims himself as a "Sports Fanatic". Curt and his wife just purchased a home in Hudsonville. They have a three year old daughter and are proudly expecting their second child.

Jim has been working in the car business for 15 years. As the special finance manager of Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge, making sure everyone of his customers receives a loan is his mission. Jim finds the greatest joy in seeing his customers drive away in the vehicle of their dreams.
Jim has been living in the area over 30 years with his wife Lisa and son Nick. In his spare time, he likes to play sports and spend time with his family and friends.

When Kevin came to Courtesy five years ago he already had a decade of auto industry experience already under his belt. He has held numerous positions within dealerships, including: detailer, estimator, foreman, tech, painter and now manager!
Kevin's involvement with the Jeep brand doesn't end when he leaves work, because his family's vehicle is a Jeep Commander and he enjoys off-roading in his free time.
