Brent has spent all 13 years of his auto industry experience here at Courtesy. He's a true car guy who says his job allows him to live out his automotive passion every day.
Brent, who lives in Caledonia, married his high school sweetheart and has two children, a 7-year-old daughter and a 5-year-old son.
"My philosophy is to treat people the way I expect to be treated. I carry this out each day by maintaining a positive attitude and an open mind!"
Al has been a crucial part of Courtesy's service department for over three years. His favorite part of working at Courtesy is his day-to-day interactions with customers.
He strives to make his customers happy by following the golden rule, treating them like he would want to be treated.
When he's not Courtesy, Al enjoys bowling and spending time with his family, which includes his wife, son, daughter and two grand-daughters.

Rob has been with Courtesy for three years but has worked in the auto industry for a total of over 25 years!

Tom has worked in the auto industry for 12 years, 9 of those years being with Courtesy.
Tom doesn't just work for a Jeep dealership - he's also a proud owner of a 2009 Jeep Wrangler and a 2009 Jeep Patriot.
When not helping service customers at Courtesy, he likes fishing, camping and motorsports. Tom has two grown children and lives with his wife in Grandville.

Jack has over three decades of experience in the auto industry and three here at Courtesy.
Jack's involvement with the Jeep brand doesn't end when he leaves work, because he actually drives a Jeep Grand Cherokee which he says is a "comfortable and dependable ride."
Jack's philosophy follows the golden rule guidelines: treat every customer like he would like to be treated. He likes the car business because every day is different.
When he's not at Courtesy, Jack enjoys golf, reading and travel. He lives with his wife, a retired schoolteacher and has three adult children who live in different areas of the Midwest.
Scott has been with Courtesy for a year but has worked in the auto industry for a total of 3 years. Working for a Jeep dealership was a natural choice for Scott, because he actually drives a Jeep Grand Cherokee!
His favorite things about Courtesy are the friendly home-like atmosphere, outstanding service department and overall customer service that every employee applies to each customer that walks through the door.
"My customer service policy is that I want to treat every customer with the most respect by listening to what they want, maintaining a consistent attitude to every customer every time. In return, this helps me keep loyal customers with strong relationships."

Jeff has been working in the automotive industry for 14 years. Before joining the sales family at Courtesy, he worked for a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge organization on the East Coast.
During his time there, Jeff held several different positions, ranging from salesperson, sales manager to finance manager and general manager, before eventually owning his own company.
Not only does Jeff sell Chrysler vehicles, but they are his car of choice. Over the years, he's driven a Ram pickup, Jeep Wrangler and he now currently drives a Chrysler 300. Jeff says he loves the comfort and styling that the 300 has to offer him.
"I was born and raised in Wyoming, Michigan and when I left to the East Coast I realized that people here in West Michigan are some of the greatest people in the world, and it's still true today. There is no place like Home. I am blessed to be part of such a great organization and sell such an incredible product."

When Kevin came to Courtesy five years ago he already had a decade of auto industry experience already under his belt. He has held numerous positions within dealerships, including: detailer, estimator, foreman, tech, painter and now manager!
Kevin's involvement with the Jeep brand doesn't end when he leaves work, because his family's vehicle is a Jeep Commander and he enjoys off-roading in his free time.
"First off most people that come in my door at the collision center are here because they have had a accident or problem with there car I make it my personal goal to make sure we take there problem or bad experience and turn it into a good one. A veteran sales consultant of over 15 years at Courtesy, Matt says his favorite part has been the longevity of his fellow employees and the inner-faith and values that he's been able to pass on, in doing business with his clients.
Matt's family is a Chrysler family. His current car of choice is a 2011 Chrysler 200, while his wife drives a 2009 Chrysler Town & Country Touring.
"After my 15 plus years here at Courtesy we have never lost a customer to price, service or selection. I have really enjoyed getting to know my customers and their extended families over the years through many different vehicles I have sold them to make great memories, safety to protect them and helping them enjoy their ownership one vehicle at a time. Thank you to all of my customers - over 2,500 since my start back in May,1996; it has been my pleasure and drive safely!"
